ST. CLAIRSVILLE – Bob and Marie (Kazmirski) Berher celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Sept. 13. They were united in marriage, Sept. 13, 1958, at St. Michael Church in Bellaire.
Berher is the son of the late Anthony and Mary Berher. He is retired from Century 21 in St. Clairsville and formerly worked for Convenient Food Mart office in Wheeling. His wife, Marie, is the daughter of the late Andrew and Frances Kazmirski. She is a retired registered nurse from Belmont Community Hospital and a graduate of Ruth Brandt School of Nursing in Martins Ferry.
They are parents of five children: the late Cynthia Berher Halloran, David (Janet) Berher of St. Clairsville, Rene Copeland of St. Clairsville, Tom (Mary Ellen) Berher of Westerville and Suzie Pavelek of St. Clairsville;
Six grandchildren: Matthew and Jonathan Berher, Joseph Pavelek, Lana and Amy Berher and Marie Copeland.
A party was held in their honor with family and friends attending.
