Terry and Charlene Pugh celebrated their 40th Wedding Anniversary Sept. 14. They were united in marriage Sept. 14, 1968 at Thoburn United Methodist Church in St. Clairsville.
Pugh, son of Esther and the late Dave Pugh, is owner of St. Clair Lawn Care. His wife, the former Charlene Seabright, is daughter of the late Charlie and Alice Seabright. She teaches at Bridgeport Elementary School.
They have two children, Terra and, her husband, Mike Welsh of Columbus, and Jackee and, her husband, Chad Elmore of St. Clairsville.
A party was held in their honor with family and friends attending.
