BELMONT – Rick and Jayne Young celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary Oct. 19. They were united in marriage, Oct. 19, 1968, at the Pleasant Valley Methodist Church, Moundsville, with The Rev. Shepherd, officiating.
Young is the son of Patricia Young of Belmont and the late Dick Young. He retired from AEP after 37 years and his wife, Jayne, is the daughter of Patricia Young of Belmont and the late Dick Young. Together they own and operate Young’s Cattle Company, Belmont.
They are the parents of two sons, Michael and his wife, Cindy, of Belmont and Scott and his wife, Kristen, of Belgrade, Minn. Three grandchildren complete the family.
A surprise party was held at Angelo’s Restaurant, Washington, Pa.
