MARTINS FERRY – Tom and Helen Hohman celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on June 5. They were united in marriage on June 5, 1965, at St. Mary’s Church in Martins Ferry by Father Paul Herbick.

Hohman is the son of the late Paul and Charlotte Hohman and is a retired postal worker. His wife, Helen, is the daughter of the late Chalmers and India McKim. She is a retired school teacher.

They are the parents of two daughters, Tami (Clifford) Duckworth and Heidi Vanover, and one grandson, Jacob Vanover.
