Jerry and Kathy Fiutem celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary on Aug. 24. They were united in marriage on Aug. 24, 1990, in Bridgeport by Mayor Charles W. Furbee Sr.

Jerry is the son of the late Albert and Martha Fiutem, and is a funeral director for Wilson Funeral Home, Bridgeport. His wife, Kathy, is the daughter of the late Raymond and Gertrude Wukeson. She is the hair dresser and lady attendant also for Wilson Funeral Home in Bridgeport.

They have one son, Damon Wukeson, and a grandson, Gavyn Wukeson.
