50th anniversary
Coy and Bonnie Michaels of Martins Ferry celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on April 30.
They were united in marriage on April 30, 1966, by the Rev. Jack Winnett at Grace Presbyterian Church, Martins Ferry.
Bonnie is the daughter of the late Elwood and Fern Hilke of Martins Ferry. She is employed at Martins Ferry High School as a teacher’s aide. Coy is the son of the late Coy and Veronica Michaels of Martins Ferry. He is a retired ironworker.
They are the parents of Narae (Ken) Kryah of Shadyside. They have two grandchildren, Lexie and Kayla.
The couple will celebrate with a cruise.
50th anniversary
Tom and Ruth Campbell of St. Clairsville celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday, April 30.
They were united in marriage in Bellaire on April 30, 1966.
Both graduated from Bellaire High School and Ohio University.
Tom worked at L.S. Good and retired from Belmont Community Hospital. Ruth retired from Belmont County Department of job and Family Services.
They are the parents to Carol Dragan (Jeff) of Frederick Md., Heather Adams (Tony) of Chesapeake, Va., and Chad Campbell of St. Clairsville.
They have eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
