Russell and Wilma Hall of St. Clairsville will celebrate their 74th wedding anniversary on Aug. 8. They were united in marriage on Aug. 8, 1942, in St. Clairsville.

Wilma is the daughter of Mark and Clara Passmore and past owner of the Corner Deli in St. Clairsville.

Russ is the son of Charles and Helen Hall and a Navy veteran of World War II. He was superintendent of St. Clairsville Light and Power before he retired from Consolidation Coal Co.

They are the parents of four children: Gary of St. Clairsville, Jack (Jean) of Florida, Jeanne (Jim) Cooper of Idaho, Becky (Mike) Mozena of St. Clairsville. They have 10 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
