Dennis and Marlene Boggs are celebrating their 55th wedding anniversary. They were married Oct. 20, 1961, by the late Rev. C.H. Wakeman in Cumberland, Md.

Dennis is the son of the late Sanford and Margaret Boggs of Baden, Pa. Marlene is the daughter of the late Michael and Madge Mikulich of Ambridge, Pa.

Dennis is retired from Lance Inc. Marlene is retired from WesBanco Arena.

They have two children, Dennis of Martins Ferry and Kris (Trevitt) Boerstler of Aiken, S.C. They have six grandchildren, Joshua (Patti) Boerstler of Columbus, Ohio, Kevin and Danielle Boerstler of South Carolina, and Jamie, Cara and Dennis Boggs of Martins Ferry.

They celebrated the occasion with family.
