Terry and Jill Brinker are celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary today, Nov. 27. They were united in marriage at the Powhatan Methodist Church with the late Rev. Jim Kocsis officiating.

Brinker, son of Don and Marguerite Brinker of Bellaire, is a retired superintendent of Shadyside Local Schools. His wife, Jill, daughter of Webb and Joann Perry of Bellaire, is employed as a lab technician at Belmont Community Hospital.

They have three children, Nathan and his wife, Rachelle, of St. Clairsville; Andrea and her husband, Drew, of Canal Fulton; and Michelle and her husband, Justin, of Nashville, Tenn. They are also the grandparents of Coen and Eilyn Brinker and Kade, Reed and Kase Doak.

The couple celebrated with a wedding vow renewal and a family dinner. A Disney trip is being planned.
