Mr. & Mrs. John Schilling

John and Nanna Schilling celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Nov. 5. They were united in marriage Nov. 5, 1966, at St. John’s Lutheran church with the late Pastor Paul W.O. Hiest officiating.

Schilling is the son of the late John and Mary Schilling and is employed by the Martins Ferry City School District.

His wife Nanna, a retired nurse, is the daughter of the late Warren and Lillie Messerly. They are parents of three children and have five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

They celebrated with a dinner with the family.
