Mr. and Mrs. Edward Frank Vetula will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Nov. 26 with a Mass at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in St. Clairsville at 4:30 p.m.

Carolyn and Edward were united in marriage on Nov. 26, 1966, at St. Joseph’s in Fairpoint, Ohio, with the Rev. Sherry officiating.

Edward is the son of the late John and Anna Birosik Vetula. Carolyn is the daughter of the late Lawrence L. and Martha A. Berry McCort.

The Vetulas are parents of two daughters, Kimberli Ann Adamson (Craig) of St. Clairsville and the late Daphne Stephanie Vetula.

Edward is retired from R&F Coal and Oxford Mining. He keeps busy with woodworking and gardening. Carolyn is still a homemaker, artist and writer. The couple is enjoying life in their new home on Denise Lane in St. Clairsville.
