Mr. & Mrs. Louis F. Gross

Louis F. (Fred) and Constance S. Gross of Shadyside celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Dec. 30. They were united in marriage Dec. 30, 1966, by the Rev. Alfred Mcleese at the former First Reformed Church of Christ in Bellaire.

Constance is the daughter of the late Leonard and Eleanor Cross. She is a 1965 graduate of Shadyside High School and retired from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in Langley, Va.

Louis is the son of the late Melvin and Mary Gross. He is a 1959 graduate of Shadyside High School, and served four years in the U.S. Navy. He also retired from the CIA.

A cocktail party and dinner with their friends and family was held at Undo’s West, St. Clairsville.
