Jack and Marian Hans of St. Clairsville are celebrating their 65th wedding anniversary. They were united in marriage on Feb. 16, 1952, by the late Rev. Phil Hinerman at the First United Methodist Church in Bellaire. Their vows were witnessed by brother Richard Hans (deceased) and friend Geneva Klempa.

Jack is the son of the late James and Rhea Hans and Marian is the daughter of the late Charles and Pearl Kreiter, all of Bellaire.

Jack and Marian are the parents of three daughters, Pam (David) Kocsis, Melanie (Chip) Ross of St. Clairsville, and Heidi (Steve) Hamel of Olmsted Falls, Ohio. They also have three grandchildren, Brieanna Kocsis and Jessie Ross of Columbus and Jack Hamel of Olmsted Falls.
