Sandra Lynn Marshall and John Siebert Marshall celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary on April 8.

Sandy is the daughter of the late Robert G. and Jean Wilson, and John is son of the late John F. and Cornelia Marshall.

The couple was married April 8, 1972, by the late Rev. Robert M. Sheehan and the late Rev. John Karnes at Bethlehem Presbyterian Church. The maid of honor was the sister of the bride, Carol V. Ridgely, and the best man was Michael O. Freeman.

The Marshalls are retired from Nationwide Insurance, where together they operated a Nationwide Insurance Agency in St. Clairsville for 35 years. Sandy grew up in Bethlehem and John in Chevy Chase, Md. They reside in St. Clairsville.

In honor of the occasion, later this year they will take an extended trip to Utah to visit five National Parks.
