50th wedding

anniversary

Michael and Nancy Schucker celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Sept. 16. They were united in marriage at the Grace United Presbyterian Church by the Rev. Jack Winnett on Sept. 16, 1967.

Mike is the son of the late Leroy and Jeanne Schucker. He is a retired lieutenant colonel from the U.S. Army and Raymond James Financial Services. Nancy is the daughter of the late Simon and June Ellis. She is retired from the state of Ohio and continues to work part-time at East Richland Friends Church.

They are parents of two daughters: Cynthia Kelly of Newark, Ohio, and Michelle Garlinger of Lore City, Ohio. They are grandparents to nine grandchildren.

Mike and Nancy will celebrate their anniversary with travel to the Smoky Mountains.
