CHUCK MARLING

65th wedding anniversary

Chuck and Shirley Marling celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary on Aug. 15.

Chuck is the son of the late Lillian and Leroy Marling. He is retired from the Martins Ferry Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel.

Shirley is the daughter of the late Waifwood and Chalmer Boston. She is retired from the Bellaire Garment Factory, formerly Bobbie Brooks.

They are the parents of four children: Donna Marling, Joanne and Bill Porter, Butch and Lynn Marling, and Darrin Marling. They have five grandsons, Brian and Anamarie, Kevin and Hannah, Jeffrey, Ryan and Sam, and Dylan and Makenna. Great grandchildren are Brinn and soon-to-arrive baby brother, Macie, Cambriea and Brayden, and Josie, Charlee and Dante.

A family dinner was held Sunday.
