Phil and Kathryn (Frizzi) Regoli, originally from Bellaire, will celebrate their 70th anniversary on Feb. 10. They were united in marriage at the Clarksburg Methodist Church in 1952, with Rev. Gordon Farmer officiating. The couple resides in Ocala, Florida.

Phil served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War and retired from a career in secondary education, during which time he worked at Bellaire High School, Mt. Pleasant High School, Martins Ferry High School and Central Junior High.

Kathryn worked in banking for many years at Citizens Bank, Martins Ferry, and retired from Pattillo & McKeever law firm, Ocala, Florida, where she was bookkeeper.

The couple has three children: Steven (Valerie) Regoli of Columbus, Ohio; Kathi (John) Wilson, of Greenback, Tennessee; and Gary (Teresa) Regoli of Dunedin, Florida, as well as nine grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
