MR. & MRS. RICHARD MOFFO

Mr. and Mrs. L. Richard Moffo of Tiltonsville celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on April 25, 2024.

They were united in marriage on April 25, 1964, with the late Rev. Connie Superfisky officiating.

They are both 1962 graduates of Yorkville High School. Rich attended West Liberty College and worked as a stationary engineer at the Mingo Junction plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. He retired after 33 years of service and is currently the owner of Moffo’s Housing Rentals.

His wife is the former Dixie Lee Pompeo of Yorkville and is retired from the family business, Moffo’s Pizza Shop in Yorkville.

The couple has two children, Gina Stoffer and her husband, Tim, of Wheeling, and son Rich, also of Wheeling.

Their grandchildren are Ryan Maxwell and Jacob Moffo, and Timmy, Danica and Shelby Stoffer.

A family dinner will be held to celebrate the event.
