Gary and Cindy Neitzelt of Circleville announce the engagement of their daughter, Brittany Joan to Joseph Donald Van Culin of Dublin, son of Barbara Buckley and Michael Van Culin.
The bride-elect is also the granddaughter of Bill and Joan Miller of Colerain and Virginia Neitzelt, formerly of Martins Ferry. She is a 2001 graduate of Circleville High School and a 2007 graduate of The Ohio State University, where she earned a bachelor of arts degree in sociology with emphasis in health care management.
Her fiance s a 2000 graduate of Dublin Coffman High School and The Ohio State University where he earned a bachelor of arts degree in aviation management. He is also a graduate of Pan Am International Flight Academy, Fort Pierce, Fla. He is employed as a pilot with Pinnacle Airlines and is stationed in Detroit, Mich.
A Dec. 28 wedding is planned in Circleville.
