Mr. and Mrs. Terry Pyles of Shadyside announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Marie Pyles, to Thomas Anthony Rapp II, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Rapp of Bellefontaine, Ohio.
The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of River High School and a 2006 graduate of Miami University with a bachelor of arts degree in zoology and a minor in neuroscience.
Her fiance is a 2002 graduate of Bellefontaine High School and a 2006 graduate of the University of Toledo with a bachelor of science in pharmaceutical science and a minor in chemistry.
They both are second year medical students at Ohio University School of Osteopathic Medicine, Athens, Ohio. They will start their rotations next summer at Firelands Hospital, Sandusky, Ohio.
A fall 2008 wedding is being planned.
