David and Vicki Waggoner of Empire, Ohio, announce the engagement of their daughter, Aubri L. Waggoner to Ervin C. Fulst III, son of Ervin and Carol Fulst Jr., of Martins Ferry.
The bride-to-be is a 1998 graduate of Edison Local High School and a 2001 graduate of Jefferson Community College with a certificate in business, and a Kent State University art major. She is a 2004 graduate of the Ohio Peace Officer training academy; and is employed by the Belmont County Sheriff's Office as a deputy sheriff.
Her fiance is a 1989 graduate of Bellaire High School, a 2002 graduate of the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy. He is a United States Marine veteran and is employed by the Belmont County Sheriff's Department as a Bellaire Local School Resource Officer.
A Dec. 1 wedding is planned.
