The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Martins Ferry High School and a 2007 summa cum laude graduate of West Liberty State College with a bachelor's degree in English education.
Her fiance is a 2002 graduate of Wheeling Central Catholic High School and a 2005 cum laude graduate of DeVry University with a bachelor's degree in electronics engineering. He is employed as an electrical engineer by River Consulting in Columbus.
A Jan. 19 wedding is planned at First Presbyterian Church in Martins Ferry.
