Mr. and Mrs. Tom Suriano of New Albany, Ohio, formerly of Martins Ferry, announce the engagement of their daughter Stephanie, to Mark Foster, son of Janice Imer of Martins Ferry and Mark Foster Sr. of Wheeling.
The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Martins Ferry High School and a 2006 graduate of The Ohio State University, with a bachelor's degree in communications. She is a 2007 graduate of Capital Law School Paralegal Certification Program. She is currently employed with Hahn Loeser and Parks LLP in Columbus, Ohio as a litigation paralegal.
Her fiance is a 2003 graduate of Martins Ferry High School and a 2007 graduate of The Ohio State University, with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. He is currently employed with Technology Site Planners in Plain City, Ohio as an electrical engineer.
The couple are planning a July 26, 2008 wedding in Columbus, Ohio.
