Monte and Rita Beck of St. Clairsville announce the engagement of their daughter Kelsey Christine Beck to John Phillip Schott, son of Mark and Barb Schott of St. Clairsville.
The bride-to-be is a 2003 graduate of St. Clairsville High School and a 2007 graduate of Columbus College of Art and Design with a bachelor's degree of fine arts in oil painting and ceramics. She is the Artist in Residence at the Pomerene Center for the Arts in Coshocton, Ohio and is also employed at Liberty Pottery Studio in Roscoe Village.
Her fiance is a 2001 graduate of St. Clairsville High School and a 2007 graduate of The Ohio State University in Columbus. He has a bachelor's degree in industrial and systems engineering and is the continuous improvement engineer for Kraft Foods in Coshocton.
An April 1 wedding is planned.
