Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth J. Falkenstein of Colerain announce the engagement of their daughter Kelice Marie Falkenstein to Matthew Ryan Ditto, son of the late John F. Owens of Hardinsburg, Ky. and Roberta Taylor of Grand Prairie, Texas.
The bride-elect is a 1998 graduate of Martins Ferry High School and a 2007 graduate of Belmont Technical College Where she acquired an associate's degree in business management. She is currently employed by CSC as a CSR. Her fiance is a 2002 graduate of Breckinridge High School. He is currently working on his associate's degree in criminal justice at Central Texas College. He is employed by the United States Army and is stationed in Korea.
A June wedding is planned.
