The bride-elect is the daughter of Judy Saffell of Alledonia and the late Lloyd Saffell. The groom-to-be's parents are Richard and Jayne Young of Belmont.
She is a 1994 graduate of Beallsville High School and a 2000 graduate of Belmont Technical College, with an associate's degree in medical assisting. She is employed as a medical assistant by Dr. Scott Naum.
Her fiance is a 1987 graduate of John Marshall High School and a 1993 graduate of West Virginia University School of Pharmacy with a bachelor of science degree in pharmacy. He is employed as a pharmacist by CVS/Pharmacy in Wheeling.
They have chosen April 26 as their wedding day.
