Marty and Lori Horvath of Shadyside announce the engagement of their daughter, Hillary Noell Horvath to Kurt Joseph Glasser, son of Lee Ann Glasser of Shadyside and Mark and Laura Glasser of Shadyside.
The bride-to-be is a 2003 graduate of Shadyside High School and a 2007 graduate of the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. She is finishing work towards a bachelor of science degree in mortuary science at Point Park University in Pittsburgh and will begin an internship at Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Home in June.
Her fiance is a 2001 graduate of Shadyside High School and a 2005 graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University with a bachelor of science degree in nuclear medicine technology. He is a nuclear medicine technologist at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Presbyterian-Shadyside in Pittsburgh.
A June 7 wedding is planned at the Lincoln Avenue United Methodist Church in Shadyside.
