Louise and Mark Visvary of Bridgeport and George and Connie Stobbs of Wheeling announce the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie Stobbs to Dylan Usenick, son of the late Jelena Usenick.
The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of St. Clairsville High School and a 2007 graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University with a bachelor's degree in elementary and special education. She is employed by Hampshire County Schools as a special education teacher.
Her fiance is a 2004 graduate of St. Clairsville High School. He attended West Liberty State College and is currently in the U.S. Navy as a medical corpsman and dental tech stationed in Willow Grove, Pa.
A July 12 wedding is being planned.
