James and Linda Ellis of Bethesda announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Lynn to Stephen John Richardson, son of William and Virginia Richardson of Greenville Pa. The bride-elect is a 1998 graduate of Union Local High School, and a 2004 graduate of Ohio University, with a bachelor of science degrees in life science education and biology with a certificate in environmental studies. She is employed as a seventh grade science teacher at New Bridge Middle School in Jacksonville, N.C.
Her fiance is a 1997 graduate of Greenville High School, and a 2001 graduate of Penn State University with a bachelor of science degree in finance. He is a captain in the United States Marines Corps, stationed at Camp LeJeune in Jacksonville, N.C.
The couple will be united in marriage July 5 at St. Mary's Church in St Clairsville.
