David and Teresa Rinkes of Cadiz announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Marie to Joseph Lee Smith, son of Joseph Smith and Loretta Dunham of Weirton.
The bride-elect is a 2001 graduate of Buckeye Local High School and will graduate with a doctorate of pharmacy in May from West Virginia University. She has accepted a community pharmacy residency at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill with Kerr Drug.
Her fiance is a 2001 graduate of Brooke High School and is currently employed at Wal-Mart in Morgantown as a merchandise supervisor.
A June 21 wedding is being planned at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Harrisville.
