Keith and Deborah Storch of St. Clairsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Storch to Gerald Singh, son of Cheryl Freeze. She is the granddaughter of Harland and Rose Marie Thomas and he is the grandson of Cheryl Arigoni.
The bride-elect is a 2005 graduate of St. John's Central High School and is scheduled to graduate in May 2009 with a bachelor of business management degree from Kent State University.
Her fiance is a 2004 graduate of Martins Ferry High School. He joined the United States Navy as an information technician, now stationed in Norfolk, Va. He plans to further his career in the military and will be deployed overseas at the end of July for a year.
The couple will be united in marriage April 19 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in St. Clairsville.
