James and Amy Baugh of St. Clairsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Alison Nicole Baugh, to Joshua Charles Newell, son of Charles and Leslie Newell, also of St. Clairsville.
The bride-to-be is a 2003 graduate of St. Clairsville High School and a 2007 graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University with a bachelor of science degree in nursing. She is employed by East Ohio Regional Hospital as a registered nurse.
Her fiance is a 2003 graduate of St. Clairsville High School and a 2007 graduate of West Liberty State College with a bachelor of science degree in business administration. He is employed by Terminix as a sales representative.
An Aug. 2 wedding is planned.
