Jennifer Stillion Barcus of Shadyside and Dennis Palmer of Mount Vernon, announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Louise Palmer to Richard Melvin Charnock Jr., son of Judith and Grant Hillberry of Elm Grove and Curt McHolland of Powhatan.
The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Shadyside High School and has attended Jefferson Community College in Steubenville, where she attended business and correctional classes and has an activity director's license. She is employed with Cheddar's in the Highlands as a hostess and Epixtar in Warwood as a telemarketer.
Her fiance attended school at Wheeling Park High School. He is also employed at Epixtar in Warwood.
A June 14 wedding is planned at St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Elm Grove.
