Mr. and Mrs. George Hathaway of Colerain, announce the engagement of their daughter, Stacey Gasaway (Hathaway) to John G. Calhoun Jr., son of the late John G. Calhoun Sr. and Linda Calhoun of Bellaire.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Martins Ferry High School in 1994 and received an associate's degree in nursing from Belmont Technical College. She is a registered nurse at OVMC and is pursuing a master's degree in nursing at Wheeling Jesuit University.
Her fiance is a 1993 graduate of Bellaire High School and the owner of J&J Excavating and Contracting.
An Oct. 4 wedding is being planned.
