Gary and Lana Posgai, Manassas, Va., formerly of Martins Ferry, announce the engagement of their son, Todd J. Posgai to Jennifer Kelley, both of Manassas Va. The bride to be is the daughter of Joseph and Dianne Kelley, McAdoo, Pa.
The bride-elect is a 1997 graduate of Hazleton Area High School, Hazleton, Pa, and a graduate of Penn State University. She earned her master's degree from George Mason University, Va. She is currently a first grade ESOL specialist in Woodbridge, Va.
He fiance is the grandson of Lee and the late William Ekstrom, Martins Ferry. He is a 1993 graduate of Osbourn High School, Manassas, Va. He earned his degree from Northern Virginia Community College and is employed as a manager for Valley National Gases in Manassas Park, Va.
A July 2008 wedding is planned for family at the Beaches Resort in Negril, Jamaica.
