Lou Ann and Stephen Tomchak of Robinson Township announce the engagement of their daughter, Natalie Susan to Paul Andrew, son of Karen and Drew Brown of Martins Ferry.
The bride-to-be is a 2003 graduate of Carlow University with a bachelor of arts degree in elementary and special education. She is enrolled at Duquesne University working toward a master's degree in child psychology. She is employed as a special education teacher in the Bethel Park School District.
Her fiance is a 1999 graduate of Ohio University with a bachelor of science degree in industrial technology, and a 2007 graduate of DeVry University with a master of business administration degree. He also has graduate studies from Ohio University in industrial and systems engineering. He is employed as a project manager at the Kurt J. Lesker Company in Clariton, Pa.
A July 4 wedding at Oglebay Resort is planned.
