Mr. and Mrs. Rick Welch of Troy, Pa. announce the engagement of their daughter, Kimberly Welch of Wheeling to Brian Tingler, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Tingler of Morristown.
The bride-elect is a 1998 graduate of Troy Area Senior High School and a 2002 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor of science degree. She is employed as an occupational therapist as East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martins Ferry.
Her fiance is a 1998 graduate of Union Local High School and a 2000 graduate of Belmont Technical College with an associate’s degree in maching and tooling. He is employed with American Energy Corporation.
The wedding is planned for Nov. 8.
