Tom and Pam Habig of St. Clairsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Tiffany Michelle, to Justin Michael Schafer, son of Bernard and Joyce Schafer, of St. Clairsville.
The bride-elect is a graduate of St. Clairsville High School and plans to graduate in late 2008 with a bachelor’s of science degree in communications.
Her fiance is a graduate of Martins Ferry High School and recently received his certification from The State of West Virginia Consolidate Coal Company.
A 2009 wedding is being planned.
