The bride-elect is a 2000 graduate of St. Clairsville High School and Belmont Career Center. She is employed at Martins Ferry Beauty Shop as a cosmetologist.
Her fiance is a 1989 graduate of Bridgeport High School and a 1993 graduate of Marietta College with a bachelor of arts degree in marketing. He is employed at Fairfield Inn & Suites in St. Clairsville.
A Dec. 13 wedding is being planned.
