Terry and Cathy Lee of St. Clairsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Natalie Lee to Chris Mincks, son of Larry and Debbie Mincks of Marietta.
The bride-elect is a 1998 graduate of St. Clairsville High School and a 2002 graduate of Ohio University with a bachelor of science degree in hearing, speech and language sciences. She earned a master of arts degree in speech language pathology at Kent State University in 2004. She is employed by Hilliard City Schools as a speech-language pathologist.
Her fiance is a 1997 graduate of Marietta High School and a 2002 graduate of The Ohio State University with a bachelor of science degree in business administration. He is employed by Cardinal Health as a manager in strategic purchasing.
An Aug. 2 wedding is being planned.
