Mr. and Mrs. Dean E. Miller of Belmont announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristen Deann Miller to Bradley Dean Wheeler, son of Jennifer Wheeler and the late Rodney Wheeler of Barnesville.
The bride-to-be is a 2002 graduate of Union Local High School and a 2007 graduate of Ohio University where she received a bachelor’s degree in specialized studies. She is currently a behavior technician for Step by Step Academy in Worthington, Ohio.
Her fiance is a 2003 graduate of Union Local High School. He is currently enrolled at Columbus State Community College and working on a degree in civil engineering. He is employed as an engineer technician employed by the Franklin County Engineer’s Office, Columbus.
A wedding is planned for Sept. 20, at the First Presbyterian Church of St. Clairsville.
