Mr. and Mrs. Jeffrey L. Bigler of Bellaire announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Lynn to Ryan J. Higgins, son of Mr. and Mrs. James D. Higgins of Bellaire.
The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Bellaire High School and a 2008 graduate of Belmont Technical College with an associate’s degree in applied science. She is employed by Wheeling Hospital as a registered nurse.
Her fiance is a 2004 graduate of Bellaire High School and a 2005 graduate of WyoTech with an associate’s degree in automotive technology and service management. He is employed by Auto Choice in Bellaire as an automotive technician.
An Oct. 25 wedding is being planned in the St. Clairsville Church of Christ .
