The bride-elect is the daughter of Gene Fredrick of Martins Ferry and Ruby Joyce Vance of Wellington, Ky. and is employed as an instructional designer for Wells Fargo & Co.
Her fiance is the son of William and Carolyn Franzdorf of Defiance, Ohio and is employed as a jeweler by Stambaugh Jewelers in Defiance.
The couple will exchange wedding vows on Friday, Sept. 5 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.
