The bride-elect is the daughter of Greg Taggart of Calcutta and Vicky Taggart of Wellsville. She is a 2000 graduate of Wellsville High School, and a 2007 graduate of Ohio Valley College of Technology. She is currently employed as a paraeducator for Beaver Local School District.
Her fiance is the son of Ken and Cindy Orr of Belmont. He is 2000 graduate of Union Local High School and is currently employed by Marsh Bellofram in West Virginia.
A June 20 wedding is planned.
