Mr. and Mrs. Paul McKeegan of Tiltonsville, announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelley, to Michael Bandi, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Bandi of Rayland.
The bride-elect is a graduate of The Linsly School and a cum laude graduate of Ohio University with degrees in elementary education and early childhood development. She earned a master’s degree in education from Marygrove College. She is employed with the Martins Ferry City School District as a kindergarten teacher.
Her fiance is a graduate of Buckeye Local High School and is pursuing a degree in education at Ohio University Eastern. He is employed at Paradise Hills Golf Course and Lounge.
A Dec. 27 wedding is being planned.
