Mr. and Mrs. Michael Panas of Wheeling announce the engagement of their daughter Stefanie Kay to Philip James Trouten Jr. son of Mrs. Rhonda Temeles of Wheeling and Mr. Philip Trouten of Martins Ferry.
The bride-elect is a 2001 graduate of Wheeling Central Catholic High School, a 2005 graduate of Bethany College with a bachelor of arts degree in communication and a 2008 graduate of West Virginia University with a master of science degree in integrated marketing communications. She is employed with the Wheeling Area Chamber of Commerce as the vice president of marketing and Communications.
Her fiance is a 2000 graduate of Martins Ferry High School and a 2006 graduate of West Liberty State College with a bachelor of science degree in business administration. He is employed with the J.B. Chamber’s YMCA as a facility manager.
An Aug. 1 wedding is planned.
