Edward Sambuco of Steubenville and Becky “Bess” Goski of Mt. Pleasant announce the engagement of their daughter Courtney Elaine Sambuco to Allan John McNeil son of John and Patricia McNeil of Wintersville.
The bride-elect is a 2006 graduate of Buckeye Local High School and the Jefferson County JVS cosmetology program. She is currently employed at Mastercuts in the Ohio Valley Mall in St.Clairsville.
Her fiance is a 2005 graduate of Indian Creek High School. He is currently an apprentice for the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 495 Cambridge. He is employed at Cryogenic Construction.
The couple plans to be married Dec. 13 at the Mt.Pleasant Evangelical Friends Church.
