Jim and Susan Earliwine of St. Clairsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Sami Jo, to Justin Ray West, son of Tim and Charleita West of St. Clairsville.
The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of St. Clairsville High School currently attending Belmont Technical College and Wheeling Hospital in June for the radiology program.
Her fiance is a 2001 graduate of St. Clairsville High School and a 2007 graduate of Full Sail Read World Education with associate of science degree in show production and touring. He is employed by C. A. House Music and owner of his own production company, Sound of Satisfaction, L.L.C.
A March 13 wedding is being planned.
