Dr. and Mrs. Jack Palmer of Wheeling announce the engagement of their daughter, Caroline Rose Palmer to R.J. Zitzelsberger, son of Mr. and Mrs. Rob Zitzelsberger of Yorkville.
The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Wheeling Central Catholic High School and a 2006 magna cum laude graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She is employed by Ernst & Young LLP in Pittsburgh where she resides.
Her fiance is a 2002 graduate of The Linsly School and a 2006 cum laude graduate of Washington and Jefferson College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He is employed by Bethany College as an admission counselor. He is currently studying for his master’s degree in higher education leadership studies at West Virginia University.
An April wedding is planned in Wheeling.
