James and Catherine Ball of Wheeling, announce the engagement of their daughter, Jamie L. Ball to Jeremy Ruble, son of Ronnie and Melonie Orr of Falling Waters, W. Va.
The bride-elect is a 2001 graduate of Wheeling Park High School and a 2005 cum laude graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University with a degree in elementary education. She is employed as a fourth grade teacher at Catawba County Schools in North Carolina.
Her fiance is a 1994 graduate of Musselman High School and a 2001 graduate of West Virginia University with a degree in sociology. He is employed by Duke Energy as a construction manager.
A June 20 wedding is planned.
